The cast iron surface plateserves as the measuring basis, which is used for inspecting the machineryparts`geometric tolerance such as flatness ,straightness ,etc.Also, it can beused to the scribbling , abrasive machining equipment installation and more.
The raw material of the castiron surface table is the high -strength cast iron HT200-300 ，whose surface hardness is of HB170-240.After the two manual handingsuch as 600℃ to 700℃ artificial annealing as well as 2 to 3years of natural aging, the T-slot has plate perfectly resists abrasion and hasstable precision.
Precision accuracy:surfaceplates shall be classified as Grade 00,Grade0, Grade 1.Grade 2.Grade3 ,andfinish polishing.
We can use the coloringmethod to insepct the flatness ,which is accurate , direct ans convenient.
