研磨平板的研磨方法

Lapping Method.

用研磨工具和研磨剂，从铸铁平板工作面上去掉一层极薄表面层的精加工方法称作研磨加工，研磨加工一般可分为湿研、干研和半干研三种加工方式，通常用于铸铁平板表面处理的研磨方法是干研（即嵌砂研磨）。嵌砂研磨又可以分为三板互研法和二板互研法两种研磨方法。

Lapping finish is a precisionmachining process, in which a thin layer will be removed from the working surfaceof the cast iron plate by using grinding tools and abrasives. According to theprocess method, lapping method can be divided into wet lapping, dry lapping andsemi-dry lapping. Dry lapping, also know as embedded emery lapping, is thecommon used finishing method for cast iron surface plate.
